We offer a wide range of services and products aimed at promoting environmental sustainability and facilitating the transition toward circular economy models. We are leaders in the management of sustainable events with our registered trademark “EcoFesta”, helping to reduce the environmental impact of events and festivals. In addition, we provide consultancy on energy efficiency, product and process innovation, Green Public Procurement, and we market eco-friendly technologies and products.

Our Mission
Building a sustainable future through circular economy and social innovation
The mission of InnovAction Soc. Coop. is clear and ambitious: to design and actively promote goods and services that are truly environmentally and socially sustainable across Italy. Founded in 2015 in Lecce, we are a group of young innovators from Apulia who firmly believe that environmental sustainability must be a transversal and indispensable approach in every business and public utility process.
Our Story
The roots of InnovAction go back to 2011 with the pilot project EcoFesta, a pioneering initiative aimed at making events truly sustainable. This project quickly gained recognition, culminating in winning the “Smart Cities and Communities and Social Innovation” grant in 2012. From this experience and the vision of three young innovators from Apulia – Roberto Paladini, Ilaria Calò, and Loreta Ragone – InnovAction Soc. Coop. was born in 2015. The “EcoFesta” brand became our flagship, a voluntary certification also recognized by the Apulia Region, symbolizing our commitment to a greener future through social innovation.

- Innovating for sustainability: we strive to patent and commercialize new products with low environmental impact and high social and communicative value, contributing to a more eco-friendly market.
